  • Support the sales team with product demonstrations and pre-sales technical presentations.
  • Maintain and improve the training classroom, lab environment, and training resources.
  • Collaborate with global training teams to align regional education initiatives with worldwide training strategies.
  • Track training metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Develop and manage the annual training budget.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Pro-AV industry or a closely related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of video signal flow, video processing, bandwidth, and AV system design.
  • Experience developing and delivering technical training, certification programs, or customer education.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Experience supporting sales teams through product demonstrations and technical pre-sales discussions.
  • Experience creating technical training content, including video recording and editing.
  • Familiarity with eLearning platforms or course authoring tools.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience with professional video processing and presentation systems.
  • Familiarity with AVIXA standards and the professional AV ecosystem.
  • Experience presenting at industry trade shows such as InfoComm, NAB, or ISE.
  • Background in live events, broadcast, or corporate AV environments.

Education & Certifications:
