Job description

Overnight Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant

Washington Blvd Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Overnight Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant to join our team in Whittier, California. Working under the direction of our veterinarians and Technician Supervisor, you will provide attentive overnight nursing care, follow detailed treatment plans, and help keep our patients safe and comfortable throughout their stay.

This is an important role for someone who is confident working independently while also communicating closely with doctors, leadership, and the rest of the medical team. Our hospital is open seven days a week, and our overnight team plays an essential part in maintaining continuity of care for hospitalized, surgical, and emergency patients.

The position follows a set schedule and requires holidays and one weekend night. Time-off requests will be accommodated whenever possible.

Salary: $23-28 (depending on experience)
