Job description

Job Description Our client is seeking an early-career UX Designer to support key member experiences, including Join, Onboarding, and Member Recognition & Rewards. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or UX professional with approximately 2-4 years of experience who has a strong foundation in human-centered design, visual design, and mobile experiences. Key Responsibilities Apply human-centered design methodologies, including the Double Diamond framework, throughout the end-to-end design process.

Design intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences informed by user needs, research, and business objectives. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and traditional design methods. Participate in user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, research synthesis, and insights generation.

Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform, validate, and refine design decisions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in UX Design or a closely related human-centered field. Recent graduate or approximately 2-4 years of professional UX design experience.

Demonstrated understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies. Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong communication, collaboration, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and visual design capabilities; academic projects are acceptable.
