About Our Family

We're a warm, active family of four who recently relocated from Las Vegas to Fort Worth, and we're excited to put down roots in this next chapter. Life in our home is fullin the very best way. Between two active kids, school events, sports practices, family travel, and running multiple businesses, there's always something happening, and we genuinely love it. At the heart of our home is a desire to create a calm, welcoming space where our family can thrive. We care deeply about being present with our children, maintaining a beautiful and organized home, and making the most of our time together. Like many busy families, we simply can't do it all aloneand that's where you come in.

We're looking for someone who truly enjoys supporting a family and takes pride in creating calm behind the scenes. Our home is beautifully organized with thoughtful systems already in place, and we're looking for someone who enjoys maintaining that standard every day. While we have a weekly housekeeper who handles deep cleaning, a landscaper, and an executive assistant who supports our business and coordinates much of our travel, this role is the heartbeat of our home. From keeping the household running beautifully to anticipating needs before they arise, you'll play an essential role in making our family's day-to-day life feel lighter and more manageable. We also have a tiny, beloved senior dachshund who recently had back surgery and is spoiled accordinglyshe's very much one of the family.

More than anything, we're looking for someone kind, dependable, humble, and quietly confident. We value a self-starter who loves being around children, takes initiative without needing constant direction, welcomes feedback with professionalism, and finds genuine fulfillment in making life easier for others. We travel oftenincluding time at our homes in Maui and Alabamaso flexibility, organization, and the ability to stay one step ahead are important. If you're the type of person who notices what needs to be done before anyone asks and takes pride in helping a busy family thrive, we think you'll feel right at home here.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

The person who will thrive in this home is someone who naturally embodies the following qualities:

  • A proactive self-starter. You notice what needs to be done before anyone asks, take ownership of your responsibilities, and enjoy keeping a home running one step ahead.
  • Calm, grounded, and quietly confident. You don't need to be the center of attentionyou take pride in working behind the scenes and creating a sense of calm for the family.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented. You genuinely enjoy maintaining beautiful systems, making sure everything has a place, and keeping the home consistently running at a high standard.
  • Dependable and consistent. The family wants someone they can trust completely to follow through, show up, and become a reliable presence in their daily lives.
  • Kind, humble, and easy to be around. You're warm and approachable, but you also understand healthy professional boundaries. You're not looking to become part of the social circleyou simply love supporting families well.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback. You take direction with professionalism, appreciate clear communication, and see feedback as an opportunity to grow rather than something to take personally.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys children. While this isn't a childcare-first role, you enjoy being around kids, happily jump in when needed, and love contributing to a positive family environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable. You understand that no two weeks look exactly the same, especially in a family that travels frequently and has full schedules.
  • Proud of a career in household management. You're looking for a long-term opportunity where you can become a trusted partner to a wonderful familynot just your next job.
