What does an overnight timber frame designer do?

An Overnight Timber Frame Designer is responsible for creating detailed plans and blueprints for timber frame structures, such as houses or commercial buildings, during nighttime or overnight hours. They use specialized design software to draft layouts, select appropriate materials, and ensure that their designs meet engineering and safety standards. Working overnight may be required to meet project deadlines or to provide support to clients and teams in different time zones. Their expertise ensures that timber structures are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound.
