Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $81.38hr - $86.38hr
  • The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile delivery processes and ensure Scrum principles and practices are effectively implemented across project teams. 
  • This role will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive collaboration, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.
  • 3+ years of experience leading Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • 3+ years of experience with database querying and programming.
  • 3+ years of experience using Agile project management tools.
  • 3+ years of experience working in hybrid project management environments combining Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any completed and verifiable field of study.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile teams.
  • Experience facilitating Agile delivery and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience tracking project KPIs, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum activities including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team follows Scrum framework standards and Agile best practices.
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospective sessions and team feedback.
  • Identify and remove blockers impacting team productivity and sprint delivery.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Track KPIs and support teams in delivering high-quality solutions on schedule.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and priorities.
  • Support Agile adoption and encourage a collaborative and transparent team culture.

Should Have:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
  • Government project experience.
  • ERP system experience.
  • Experience working in enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.
