As a role, TPMs:
Bring strong technical acumen and engineering experience to drive the strategy and execution of large scale, technically complex and cross-functional programs that align to Clientsโ€™s business priorities. This includes programs in specialized technical areas such as well managed systems, cloud infrastructure and engineering productivity.
Act as a delivery leader, partnering with engineers and product managers to help break down complexity and organizational silos, influence roadmaps, and identify and resolve dependencies.
Leverage technical acumen to actively engage in Design/Build conversations, assess and help make technical trade-offs, and connect dots across teams to drive successful outcomes.
Dive deep into system design and architecture, identifying patterns that impact the product quality and building new systems/long-term solutions.
Ensure consistent flow of information and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage the strategy and execution of large scale, technically complex and cross-functional programs that typically span across towers/organizations working in close conjunction with the required tech and product roles. This includes creating a program plan inclusive of timelines, milestones, scoping, prioritization, execution, risk management and communication.
