Job Description:

The Student Research Assistant will be tasked with:

  • Helping the Principal Investigator with administrative duties for a research project.

  • Communicating with the members of the research team, following-up on emails and setting meeting times, and other administrative tasks.

  • Helping with the ethics application, as needed (revisions, updates).

  • Helping the PI coordinate and supervise literature reviews.

  • Helping conduct literature reviews.

  • Other administrative and research tasks as they arise.

Qualifications Required (skills and abilities, education, language skills):

  • Fully bilingual/spoken and written English and French.

  • Experience in administration (administrative tasks, supervision).

  • Experience in research (conducting literature reviews, writing reports, coding data, organizing/coordinating workshops and or other academic/research related events).

Appointment dates: September 14, 2026 - December 14, 2026

Hourly Rate: $25.00

Schedule/Hours per week: 5 hours/week

Immediate Supervisor: Dr. Paul Zanazanian

This position is covered by the Association of McGill University Research Employees (AMURE) collective agreement.
