Chestnut Hill in East Longmeadow has has an immediate FT opening for an 11p to 7a LPN or RN. We are looking for motivated, creative and passionate nurses to join our team and help provide professional nursing care for our family of residents.

Located just minutes from Heritage Park, this 135-bed facility provides a tranquil environment for our patient-centered approach to care, with a state of the rehab gym and hotel like suites for your loved ones.
