Job description

PRN Nurse (LPN or RN)

Strawberry Point Lutheran Home Community – Strawberry Point, Iowa

Strawberry Point Lutheran Home is seeking a PRN Nurse to support our care team in the Memory Care Manor, a 16-bed unit designed for residents living with dementia or memory-related conditions. Our team focuses on providing a safe, structured environment while helping residents maintain dignity, engagement, and quality of life.

This as-needed role offers scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to pick up shifts based on availability and staffing needs.


Compensation
  • Base Pay: $27.50 - 37.00 per hour

  • Night Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour for overnight shifts

  • Additional Incentive: +$10.00/hour currently offered for picked-up shifts

Potential Earnings Examples:

  • Day shifts picked up: $37.50 - 47.00/hour

  • Night shifts picked up: $40.50 - 50.00/hour

(Actual earnings vary based on shift and incentive eligibility.)


Schedule
  • PRN / as-needed scheduling

  • Available shifts include:

    • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
