An overnight crew member at McDonald's is responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Customer service: Greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments
• Food preparation: Preparing McDonald's food
• Cleaning: Keeping the restaurant clean and sanitary
• Stocking: Ensuring items are well stocked
• Deliveries: Managing delivery and mobile orders, and assembling and packaging orders for delivery and take-out
• Teamwork: Partnering with other crew members and managers to meet goals

Overnight shifts at McDonald's typically start around 10 or 11 PM and continue until 6am.
McDonald's offers training and education programs, including high school completion courses, college tuition assistance, and English language courses.

Requirements:
To be eligible for the job, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a positive attitude
• Be willing to learn and grow
• Be able to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
• Be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to multitask
• Be able to comply with company policies
