Responsibilities may include ensuring safety, assisting with nighttime routines, responding to emergencies, and sometimes performing light housekeeping tasks. These jobs often require trustworthiness, reliability, and sometimes specialized skills depending on who or what is being cared for.

To thrive as an Overnight Sitter, you need experience in personal care, basic first aid knowledge, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. These qualities are essential to provide safety, comfort, and responsive support for clients during overnight shifts.

What are some common challenges overnight sitters face, and how can they prepare for them?
