Overnight Floorcare Worker
Overnight Floorcare Technician – Charleston, WV

Shift: Monday – Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Pay: $14.00 / Hour

Status: Full-Time

We are expanding our team in Charleston and looking for a reliable technician to lead the floor maintenance for a brand-new account. Key Responsibilities

Maintain high-quality flooring standards through consistent nightly care:

  • Precision Cleaning: Expert sweeping and mopping of hard surfaces.
  • Equipment Operation: Efficiently running an auto-scrubber to maintain large floor areas.
  • Site Care: Ensuring all floorcare equipment is cleaned and stored properly at the end of every shift.
  • Detail Focus: Identifying and addressing spots or scuffs to keep the facility looking professional.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior experience with floorcare or industrial cleaning equipment (like auto-scrubbers) is highly preferred.
  • Reliability: Must have dependable transportation to the Charleston area for a 10:00 PM start.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work the full overnight shift with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable being on your feet and operating machinery for the duration of the shift.
