Job description

Guest Relations - Overnight Security

The Standard Hotel is hiring for a Guest Relations - Overnight Security Position in East Village, New York City. Base pay starts at $21/hr.

Our mission is to create experiences by embracing and empowering a diverse collective of team members, collaborators, and guests, who chose to call The Standard home.

The Guest Relations agent is in charge of the well-being of internal and external guests in and around the property.

Qualifications:

  • Able to traverse spaces throughout the building as necessary
  • Able to work standing for a minimum of 8 hours a day
  • Periodical bending, kneeling, and stretching
  • Able to pull, push, carry and lift at least 50 pounds
  • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
  • Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
