RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Job Summary:

The RN Supervisor oversight of all patient care areas and all hospital services. Collaborates in the planning and organization of training for all unit staff members and facilitates patient flow. Represents hospital administration to departments, families, and patients. Communicates any changes or unusual events to leadership.

Education: BSN required. Master’s Degree in health-related field preferred.

Licenses/Certification: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of facility location. BLS and ACLS required.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive acute care experience to include supervision. ICU experience preferred.

Safety Sensitive-Designated Position
