Job description

Maine Family Planning is seeking a part-time (15 hours a week) Center for Reproductive Health (CRH) Nurse.


The Center for Reproductive Health Nurse is responsible for the facilitation of abortion services in conjunction with the CRH staff and CRH Leadership. The CRH Nurse provides direct support services to patients that is consistent with Maine Family Planning’s mission, core values, and initiatives. The CRH Nurse works closely with the clinical staff to assist with expanding and improving abortion services at MFP.

  9. Adheres strictly to confidentiality at all times.


Experience and Skill Requirements: The following experience and skills are considered essential:

  • Experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients


Education and Knowledge Requirements: The following education requirements are considered essential:

  • Registered Nurse in the State of Maine
