As a remote telehealth provider, you will conduct therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, eliminating the need for commuting and allowing you to connect with patients from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice. • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse clientele.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address clients’ mental health concerns.
• Document each patient interaction meticulously to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
• Monitor progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clients’ feedback and evolving needs.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within our organization to enhance the quality of care and share successful treatment strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine therapeutic skills and stay current with industry advancements.

You will primarily work with adult clients who are seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. Our platform attracts a diverse range of individuals, and your approach will be vital in creating a safe and supportive environment for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• A master's level degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in accordance with state regulations.
• At least two years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy services to adults.
• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other recognized evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional written communication skills for accurate and thorough session documentation.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions taken by any licensing board.

• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques are a plus.
• Experience working in a telehealth environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient data effectively.
