Job description

Salary: 60000-100000

The role

EN Computers is hiring an AI solutions consultant to help business owners and salespeople close more deals, vet contracts faster, and scale their companies using AI mainly Claude and the Microsoft 365 stack.

You'll be the face of this practice. That means writing and speaking publicly about what AI can do for a CEO's day, sitting down with prospects to figure out where it fits, and rolling up your sleeves to set it up for them.

This is a new role. You'll have room to shape it.

What you'll do

Build the practice's voice. Write blog posts, LinkedIn content, and short videos that help CEOs understand what AI can do for their business in plain language, with concrete examples. You'll be on camera regularly.

Consult with CEO prospects. Walk them through how AI fits into their sales conversations, contract review, and day-to-day decisions. These are consultative conversations, not pitches.

Set up Claude and Fireflies inside Microsoft 365. Connect the tools to Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Configure integrations so the AI shows up where the executive already works.

Build out Claude for each client. Load in their brand guides, voice samples, proposal examples, and playbooks so when the CEO uses Claude, it sounds like them and knows their business.

Train executives. Run one-on-one and small-group sessions so leaders walk away knowing how to use the tools without having to call IT.

What we're looking for

  • Strong writing skills. You'll be drafting blog posts, LinkedIn content, video scripts, and client-facing material clear prose is non-negotiable
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Claude, or comparable AI tools you've used in a real business setting
  • A track record of speaking and presenting publicly, with willingness to post regularly on LinkedIn and YouTube
  • The ability to translate technical capability into business outcomes, and the patience to teach it to people who don't think about AI all day
  • Self-direction. This role is fully remote, and the executives you'll work with are busy

Bonus points for

  • A degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related writing-heavy field
  • Past consulting, account management, or sales engineering experience
  • Familiarity with Fireflies, HubSpot, or other tools an MSP uses day-to-day
  • A portfolio of content (blog, video, podcast) you've already built and can point to

How you'll work

Fully remote. You'll work closely with EN Computers' internal team sales, engineering, and compliance but most of your day is with clients and prospects.

AI Automation Consultant & Client Strategist Compensation Plan

Structure: 60% Base Salary / 40% Variable Performance Pay

  1. Annual Compensation Breakdown

To align with a lean, high-growth model, this plan utilizes the entry-level baseline of the market range. This lowers your fixed overhead while giving the consultant a clear, uncapped path to higher earnings through successful client acquisition and delivery.

  • Base Salary (60%): $60,000 ($5,000 gross per month)
  • Target Variable Pay (40%): $40,000 (Earned through commissions and KPIs)
  • Target On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000

  1. Variable Pay Allocation (The Bucket Structure)

The $40,000 variable target is split into two distinct buckets to reward both business growth and precise technical execution.

Total Variable Pay ($40,000 Target)

Bucket A: New Revenue Commissions (60% / $24,000 Target)

Bucket B: Technical Delivery KPIs (40% / $16,000 Target)

Bucket A: Net New Revenue Commission (60% of Variable)

  • Target Earnings: $24,000 per year ($2,000 per month target).
  • Commission Rate: 10% of first-year Annual Contract Value (ACV) for any client closed.
  • Performance Milestone: To hit this target, the consultant must bring in or help close $240,000 in new annual contract value over the year (Average of $20,000 in closed contracts per month).
  • Note: This bucket is uncapped. If they generate more revenue, their commission continues to pay out at 10%.

Bucket B: Technical Implementation & Adoption KPIs (40% of Variable)

  • Target Earnings: $16,000 per year (Paid quarterly at $4,000 per quarter).
  • KPI 1: Project Timeline Mastery ($2,000/quarter): Paid if 100% of assigned client implementations (Claude integration, Fireflies setup, M365 email syncing) are fully operational within the scheduled onboarding window.
  • KPI 2: Client Executive Adoption ($2,000/quarter): Paid if client executive teams achieve active-use benchmarks (e.g., actively using custom Claude skills and generating weekly meeting summaries) by day 45 post-onboarding.

  1. Legal Guardrails for the Employment Agreement
  • Content IP Ownership: The contract must state that all marketing videos, scripts, and media created for YouTube, LinkedIn, or other platforms remain 100% company intellectual property during and after employment.
  • Commission Clawback: If a client cancels their contract within the first 90 days, any paid commission out of Bucket A for that contract will be deducted from the next month's variable payout.
