Job description

A fully remote litigation firm is expanding its auto liability defense practice and is seeking two attorneys: a Mid-Level Attorney (2โ€“5 years) and a Senior Trial Attorney (7+ years). The firm maintains a strong operational infrastructure that supports attorneys through consistent communication, weekly meetings, and structured case oversight.

This opportunity is ideal for attorneys seeking a remote environment with clear expectations, strong support staff, and long-term growth potential.

Compensation Structure

  • Mid-Level Attorney: $150,000โ€“$175,000 DOE
  • Senior Attorney: $175,000โ€“$220,000 DOE
  • Monthly production-based bonus (~$7,000โ€“$10,000 annually after onboarding period), no origination or discretionary bonus structure

Candidate Requirements

Mid-Level Attorney:

  • 2โ€“5 years of litigation experience in auto defense, PI defense, or civil litigation
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently

Senior Attorney:

  • 7+ years of litigation experience
  • Trial experience (first or second chair) required
  • Ability to independently manage a full caseload
