• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, considering their comprehensive personal history, presenting issues, and any relevant risk factors to craft effective treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies in collaboration with clients, ensuring they are tailored to address specific mental health concerns and support their emotional well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed therapy techniques, to treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on personal growth, coping strategies, and emotional regulation, while fostering an environment of trust and support.
• Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic treatment and continuous care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate mental health support, responding effectively to urgent situations as they arise.

In this role, you will serve a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, each presenting unique mental health challenges. You will address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral problems, ensuring that your approach is sensitive to the diverse backgrounds and experiences of your clients.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health settings, preferably within educational or community health environments.
• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care practices.
• Experience with mental health assessments, diagnosing various conditions, and crafting personalized treatment plans.
• Demonstrated expertise in both individual and group therapy, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
