• Deliver evidence-based individual counseling sessions to assist patients through various challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues.
• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and skills workshops aimed at enhancing personal development, emotional regulation, and coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and mental health advocates, ensuring integrated and holistic patient care.
• Participate in outreach programs to raise mental health awareness and promote resources available to the community.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date, and confidential patient records in line with legal standards and organizational policies.

As a member of our counseling team, you will serve a diverse cohort of patients from various backgrounds, including individuals dealing with acute mental health crises and those seeking routine mental health support. Your role is essential in offering culturally sensitive counseling services tailored to meet the unique needs of our community members.

• Active California state license as one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s Degree is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the multifaceted mental health challenges faced by patients within a community health framework.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate therapeutic methodologies and evidence-based practices effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to create strong therapeutic alliances with patients and foster collaboration among diverse healthcare professionals.
• A readiness to adapt swiftly in a dynamic and demanding environment, while managing a varied caseload efficiently.

• Previous experience working in a community or hospital setting, particularly in providing mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies preferred.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and delivering workshops tailored to mental wellness strategies.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
