Job description

Business Development Coordinator - Remote (W2 + Benefits)
Miller Connections is a small American based remote call-center with high-performance, multi-vertical appointment-setting operation hiring motivated Business Development Coordinators for our fully remote team. In this role, you'll make outbound calls to schedule qualified appointments for client sales teams across multiple industries. This is a W2 employee position with a guaranteed base wage, weekly commissions on top, and real benefits...not a contractor gig.

What you'll be doing
-Making outbound calls to prospective customers using our provided dialer system
-Qualifying prospects and scheduling confirmed appointments for client sales teams
-Representing multiple client verticals including fiber internet, home security, roofing, and low-voltage equipment
-Following proven call scripts with confidence while handling objections professionally
-Accurately logging call outcomes and dispositions in our platform

Compensation — base PLUS commission, not one or the other
-Guaranteed base of $11.00/hour for every hour you work, paid regardless of production
-Weekly commissions stack on top of your base, with rates that climb as your production climbs
-Realistic numbers: agents at typical production earn $550–$750/week all-in; our top producers clear $900+ in strong weeks.

Benefits (W2 employees)
+$240/month tax-free health allowance toward the insurance plan you choose — usable for health, dental, and vision
+Retirement plan with company match up to 3% of total compensation, including commissions
+Paid time off, paid breaks, and employer-paid Social Security, Medicare, unemployment insurance, and workers' comp coverage
+Benefits begin the first of the month after your 30-day introductory period

Schedule
This is a structured full-time role: 7 paid hours per day, 5 days per week (about 6 hours of calling plus a paid hour of breaks). Schedules rotate between Monday–Friday and Tuesday–Saturday, so you'll work about two Saturdays per month with a weekday off those weeks. If you want a set schedule you can build your life around instead of gig-work chaos, this is perfect.

What we're looking for
+Previous outbound sales, appointment-setting, or call center experience
+Reliable home office setup. Desktop or laptop, solid internet, headset, and a quiet working environment
+Strong phone presence... Confident, articulate, and personable
+Self-motivated, coachable, and consistent. We invest in training and promote from production
+Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
