Job Summary
We are seeking skilled, dedicated and experienced HVAC Technicians and Change Out Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to build, maintain, and repair various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently in the field.

Duties

• Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using schematics and technical manuals
• Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations
• Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
• Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in field service
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair
• Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems
• Familiarity with HVAC tools and equipment necessary for installation and repair
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Certification in HVAC or relevant training is a plus

We are hiring for experienced service technicians and change out installer positions. Initial pay will depend upon experience. A company vehicle and QT gas card is provided to all lead technicians and installers that will be used to drive to and from jobs then taken home overnight. We offer competitive pay, major holidays paid, we pay 100% of your health insurance, employer matched 401K up to 3%, paid vacation time, employee tool accounts and much more. We are a very established and reputable company that stays busy all year round unlike most HVAC companies that are more seasonal.
