What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and owners

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities throughout Central Oklahoma and surrounding markets

  • Guide projects from initial opportunity through award and handoff to project management

  • Review construction drawings and specifications to identify precast opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, and drafting teams to deliver successful project solutions

  • Meet or exceed annual sales and revenue goals

  • Represent Coreslab at industry events, trade shows, association meetings, and customer functions

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Minimum two years of business development, sales, construction, or related experience

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Bluebeam experience is a plus

  • Precast concrete, construction materials, construction management, engineering, or related industry experience preferred

Travel Requirements

  • Frequent travel throughout Oklahoma City and Surrounding Communities

  • Occasional travel to Northwest Arkansas, Wichita, Kansas, and other regional markets

  • Some overnight travel required
