Field Service Engineer

What You Will Do:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·        Manages and participates in the process of installations and service calls

·        Maintenance and repair of Diagnostic Medical Imaging Equipment such as X-ray machines, Ultrasound Machines, CT Scanners and other Diagnostic Medical Imaging Equipment

·        Troubleshoot problems and provide technical support to ensure the equipment operates safely, efficiently, and meets specifications

·        Assist in training medical staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment

·        Work in hospitals, clinics, private practices and other healthcare facilities

·        Keep focus on the customer and deliver the necessary outcomes to benefit patient care

·        Communication with Team members, Service leadership, and Customers to ensure the scope of project and timeframe is met

·        Make sure all necessary supplies, tools, and equipment are in your possession with each Installation or Service Call

·        Use Company Software database to update progress of Installations and Service Calls

·        Concurrently manage multiple Service Calls that might be in different stages of the repair

·        Analyze projects/project data to help notify leadership of inefficiencies, risks, results, challenges, and mitigation strategies

·        Make sure all Federal State and local Forms are completed, when needed and all copies are distributed to proper entities

·        Constantly update the CRM Software and Customer on the status of each repair



Attributes We Are Looking For:

·        Electronics Diploma or equivalent

·        Or 2+ years similar experience a plus

·        Diagnostic Medical Imaging experience a plus

·        Clear, concise, and honest communication

·        High mechanical aptitude

·        Computer skills

·        IT Literacy

·        Excellent organization and time management

·        Detail oriented

·        Proactive approach with ability to thoughtfully navigate obstacles

Location and Travel:              

·        Based out of the Marietta, GA office

·        Majority of work is performed inside a climate-controlled environment

·        Majority of time you will report on-site to the Customer’s location

·        Day travel with some overnight travel as needed

·        Occasional overnight travel for training opportunities
