Position Description: Ever dreamed of being part of an overnight success 20 years in the making? The Lucerne Group, a certified Womens Business Enterprise, is experiencing explosive growth, both organically and through acquisition. We are looking for an executive that shares our values and that enjoys a fast paced, hectic environment, where their contribution is critical to the success of the team. Warning, this position is not for the faint of heart!
The Lucerne Group services the needs of the mobility industry by providing forged, cast, and stamped components for chassis, propulsion, and body structural applications. In addition to importing parts from our network of manufacturing partners, we have vertically integrated machining and assembly operations to increase our value add to our customers. Our next project is in the final stages of funding and will be launching in Q3 of this year (we cant share the details in this post, but as a teaser, it involves further vertical integration through onshoring manufacturing!).

Management of all general ledger accounting
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including the consolidation of multiple entities with intercompany transactions
Management of all treasury functions
Development and preparation of management reporting packages
Establishment and maintenance of meaningful KPIs to drive operating performance
Preparation of monthly variance analyses
Preparation of ad hoc analyses to support executive team
Management of annual independent audit process
Active maintenance of all accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash application and bank reconciliation process
Active maintenance of inventory cost accounting

Participation in process to integrate acquired entities into existing operations
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an industrial manufacturing environment (preferably related to the Automotive Industry)
Strong working knowledge of GAAP and cost accountingMeticulous attention to details
Excellent Excel skills
Comfortable setting up and operating ERP systems (ECI M1, Plex)
Comfortable working in a very hands-on entrepreneurial, high-growth enterprise
Undergraduate degree in Accounting
CPA and/or advance degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required
