Job description

As a Director, you will provide strategic leadership for the delivery of complex natural gas infrastructure programs while serving as an advisor to clients. You will oversee multiple portfolios of pipeline and gas facility projects, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction objectives. In this role, you will lead a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, engineers, and technical specialists responsible for delivering major capital programs that may include FERC-regulated pipelines, meter and regulation (M&R) facilities, compressor stations, HDD crossings, launcher and receiver stations, pigging facilities, and in-line inspection (ILI) projects. You will establish program governance, drive operational excellence, allocate resources across project portfolios, and provide executive oversight to ensure consistent project performance and delivery.
As a key leader within the organization, you will serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic accounts, partnering with clients to understand business objectives, anticipate future needs, and identify opportunities for growth. Success in this position requires a combination of strong leadership, client-focused business acumen, portfolio management expertise, and the ability to develop high-performing teams while driving profitable growth.
This role is designated as remote, giving you the flexibility to primarily work from home while staying actively connected to your team and projects. We value collaboration and responsiveness, so we ask our remote team members to be available when in-office presence is needed-such as for client meetings, team events, training sessions, or field-related project support.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • 15+ years of experience managing and leading natural gas, pipeline, utility, or energy infrastructure projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated success leading project teams and managing project delivery.
  • Significant experience developing and managing strategic client relationships.
  • Proven business development, account management, and revenue growth experience.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Meter & Regulation (M&R) facilities, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Launcher/Receiver facilities, Pigging & In-Line Inspection (ILI), compressor stations, or other gas facility infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience with FERC-regulated pipeline projects and regulatory processes.
  • Experience overseeing compressor station and large gas facility programs, including centrifugal and reciprocating compression equipment.
  • Consulting engineering experience with demonstrated success in growing client relationships and winning new work.
  • MBA or advanced business/technical degree.

What We Offer:
  • A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages innovation.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work schedules.
  • Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
