Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW
The 3rd Shift Forklift Operator is the highest-paying role at $25.00/hr. This overnight shift works in the replant department and requires both Crown Reach and Cherry Picker experience. Candidates must be fully proficient on both pieces of equipment and be prepared for a physically demanding, high-precision overnight environment. English proficiency is required at this facility.
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 PM-3:30 AM | REACH + CHERRY PICKER REQUIRED
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Permanent
Conversion: 420 hours or 90 days
Location: Murfreesboro, TN
Language: English proficiency required (stricter than Apple/NHS)
Background Check: Theft, Violence, Drugs screened
Equipment: CROWN Reach Forklift + Cherry Picker - BOTH required
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate Crown Reach forklift and Cherry Picker in the replant department
  • Replenish pick locations and high-bay storage from reserve areas
  • Accurately execute replant tasks from system-generated work orders
  • Perform pre-shift equipment inspections on both Reach and Cherry Picker units
  • Maintain safe operating speeds and clearances in a high-rack environment
  • Ensure accurate inventory movement and support cycle count activities
  • Adhere to all Geodis safety standards, PPE requirements, and client protocols
  • Communicate effectively in English with supervision and team members
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 6 months verifiable Crown Reach forklift experience required
  • Minimum 6 months verifiable Cherry Picker experience required - MANDATORY
  • Sufficient English proficiency to follow instructions and communicate with supervision
  • Ability to pass Geodis equipment safety assessment on both Reach and Cherry Picker
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday overnight 7:00 PM-3:30 AM
  • Reliable transportation for overnight shift
  • Must pass criminal background check (theft, violence, drug offences screened)
