Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
The Overnight Order Picker with The Restaurant Store is responsible for supporting the Order Fulfillment Manager in all aspects of the customer order process within a retail branch location. The Overnight Order Picker will fulfill customer orders by accurately picking, consolidating, slotting, and completing all functions related to order fulfillment in alignment with the goals of our sales, order fulfillment, inventory and merchandising teams

Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Pick, consolidate, and slot customer orders accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
  • Complete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with branch operational goals
  • Meet or exceed company-defined efficiency and accuracy metrics
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe order fulfillment area
  • Communicate discrepancies, order status or issues effectively with Order Fulfillment Manager
  • Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
Physical Requirements
  • Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Qualifications
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Education
