About the Role:

The 3rd Shift Palletizer plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe packaging of products during overnight operations. Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently and reliably.
• Basic understanding of palletizing processes and safety protocols.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, particularly in palletizing or packaging roles.
• Familiarity with operating automated palletizing equipment.
