Job description

Machine Operator & Packaging
Location: Plymouth, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator & Packaging specialist to start IMMEDIATELY from $16 to $22.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production and processing equipment
  • Perform packaging and prepare finished goods for shipment
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure food and manufacturing standards are met
  • Handle materials by bringing supplies to the line and removing finished products
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following GMP and sanitation practices

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred
  • Food processing experience is a plus
  • Ability to follow safety, quality, and production standards
  • Strong attendance and reliability a must
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Training & Shift Info:

  • 5am - 3:30pm, Monday–Thursday, $17–$19/hr

  • Must be able to train during the week before moving to the weekend shift
