What is an overnight order picker?

Overnight Order Pickers are warehouse employees responsible for selecting and gathering products from inventory during nighttime or late evening shifts. Their main duties include reading order slips, locating items in the warehouse, and preparing them for shipment or delivery. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
