Job Summary
The Oracle ERP Architect owns the client project solution and the direction of the project.
Job Title: Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect
Reports to: Scott Newton, President
Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site at customer location. Travel is required. The percentage of travel to customer sites, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight, varies.
Job Summary:
The Oracle ERP Architect owns the client project solution and the direction of the project.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Own the client:
o Help with executive alignment regarding project direction and escalations.
o Manage and ensure issue resolution.
o Participate in projects as the project solution architect.
• Own the project solution:
o Manage the functional relationship and alignment with Customer.
o Lead the project team on the functional architecture of the project and assist the technical team.
o Work with functional leads to determining the best solution for the customer.
o Understanding the following:

• Own the direction of the project:
o Participates in the project design process.
o Align with Project leadership.
o Help drive the project team to the best solution for customers.
o Help to manage how we enable team to implement Oracle.
o Possess an overall awareness of everything going on in customer's implementation.
o Help with high-level solutioning in emerging areas.
• Participate in the Sales Process and internal projects:
o May be involvement in the sales cycle such as SOW review, awareness, strategizing, directing approach, risk analyzing, and possibly approval granting.
o May conduct interviews and suggest the people needed.
o May make recommendations on investment of staff.

Work Environment:
The work environment is remote or on-site at a client location. While remote, employees are expected to secure office space for themselves with a professional background (including virtual backgrounds) and noise level. A reliable and consistent internet connection is required.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
• Bending, sitting lifting, driving.
Position Type and expected hours of work:
• Full time work
Required Education and Experience:
• Strong background supporting or selling in related markets.
• Strong consulting background.
• Bachelor's degree in or commensurate experience required.
