Overnight Online Moderator Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Location: Austin, TX — Onsite for first 2 weeks, then remote

Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM CT, 6 days a week

Coverage: European and Asian business hours

Compensation: $30,000–$60,000 per year

We’re hiring a Support Role / Online Moderator to provide overnight support coverage for our partners across Europe and Asia.

This role handles the same core responsibilities as our daytime support team. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, responsive, organized, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

Candidates must currently live in the Austin, TX area. The first two weeks will be an onsite probationary and training period at our Austin office. After successfully completing the two-week period, the role may be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to partner inquiries and support tickets during European and Asian business hours
• Serve as the primary overnight point of contact for partners who need assistance
• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming support requests
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate internally to get problems resolved
• Keep support tickets organized, documented, and moving toward resolution
• Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
• Monitor support channels throughout the shift and ensure time-sensitive issues are addressed
• Maintain reliable coverage and availability for the full 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM CT shift
• Help ensure partners consistently receive timely and reliable support regardless of time zone

What We’re Looking For

• Must currently live in the Austin, TX area
• Must be able to work onsite in Austin for the initial two-week probationary period
• Must be comfortable consistently working an overnight 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM CT schedule
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly responsive, dependable, and reliable
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision overnight
• Able to take ownership of partner issues from initial request through resolution
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and support requests when necessary
• Able to recognize urgent issues and escalate them appropriately

Compensation

Salary of $30,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience. This position does not include a performance bonus.
