Job description

Are you looking for the stability of a dedicated account with premium, 100% no-touch retail freight? We are hiring professional Class A CDL drivers for a high-profile, dedicated account out of Oklahoma City. Haul preloaded freight to established retail stores, work with dedicated fleet managers, and lock in a $6,000 Sign-On Bonus to jumpstart your earnings.

Premium Compensation Package
  • Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 total
  • Base Mileage Pay: $0.60 CPM.
  • Weekly Average: ~$1,500 gross per week.
  • Annual Potential: $78,000+ per year.
  • Stop Pay: $25 per stop after the first stop (excludes origin and final).
  • Detention Pay: $30 per hour after 2 hours from appointment time.
Route & Equipment Details
  • The Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight. All loads are preloaded right here in Oklahoma City hauling retail-assigned trailers.
  • Workload: Average 3 loads and 3–6 stops per week.
  • The Drive: Deliveries are completed during daytime hours, but overnight driving is required to reach delivery locations on time.
  • Operating Area: Normally within a 750-mile radius of OKC. Lanes frequently include runs to Ardmore, OK, Flower Mound, TX, Houston, TX, and Aurora, CO.
  • Safety Technology: Late-model tractors equipped with outward-facing cameras only (no driver-facing cameras).
Home Time & Schedule Expectations
  • Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset (weekend reset is not guaranteed).
  • Operational Rules: On-time performance is critical. Trucks and loads cannot be taken home.
  • Time-Off Policy: First-come, first-served with a 2-week notice. Please note that our peak freight season runs May through October (no time off during peak except for emergencies).
Paid Orientation Details
  • Locations: Minneapolis, MN or Appling, GA.
  • Duration: 3 days (Monday through Wednesday).
  • Travel & Lodging: 100% paid flight, bus, or gas reimbursement. All meals and lodging are completely provided.
  • Compensation: Orientation is fully paid.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 months (1 year) of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
  • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
