RLC, LLC is seeking A&P Mechanics to support 135 operations at our Gulf of Mexico locations. The schedule is 14/14.
Summary: Working with or without supervision in performing aircraft and engine inspections, repair and maintenance in accordance with all regulations to insure airworthiness. All work performed will consistently comply with company policy and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Work with supervisors in performing aircraft inspections and repairs.
  • Repair aircraft and related equipment in accordance with the manufactures and company directives. Assure that maintenance discrepancies corrected are properly recorded in the aircraft maintenance records.
  • Repair, replace and rebuild aircraft structures, such as fuselage, rotors, and functional components including rigging, controls, plumbing, and hydraulic units.
  • Read and interpret manufacturers and FAR 145 maintenance manuals, 145 repair station requirements, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including cleaning screens, greasing moving parts, adjusting fluid levels, and checking brakes and also washing/cleaning of aircraft as may be required.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Experience: A minimum of 8-15 years of related experience on Bell 206, 407 Series aircraft and a working knowledge of the S-76 A and/or S-76 C++ model aircraft.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Maintain a current and valid Airframe and Power plant Certificate from the FAA. Maintain a valid motor vehicle driver's license.
Other Qualifications: May be required to work at locations other than assigned base including overnight travel offshore.
