North Overnight Budtender Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers and patients with compassion and professionalism through drive-through service
  • Provide exceptional customer service with every transaction via drive-through operations
  • Listen with the intent to understand and to make appropriate product recommendations for each customer's or patient's needs or ailments
  • Check customer's or patient's allotment
  • Accurately enter customer or patient information into our database
  • Process customer or patient orders and payments utilizing our POS software through drive-through operations
  • Ensure drive-through workstation area is clean and presentable
  • Perform vault work during slower periods as assigned
  • Stock, clean, and organize dispensary areas including drive-through station
  • Complete cleaning duties as assigned during overnight shift
  • Assist management with inventory counts as necessary
  • Prep and package products for sales floor
  • Follow all policies and procedures set by North Medical and Missouri Department of Health Services
  • Contribute to the team and maintain a positive attitude
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development as needed

Work Environment:

This job operates in a 24/7 retail environment with merchandise displays and around substances that are strongly controlled and secured. During overnight hours (10pm - 8am), only the drive-through is operational while the interior store remains closed to customers.

Overnight Budtender:

The Overnight Budtender is primarily responsible for aiding customers and patients through drive-through service during overnight hours while maintaining superior service and knowledge of North products. Additional responsibilities include vault work and facility maintenance during slower periods.

Position type/Hours of work:

This position works overnight shifts from 10pm to 8am. Weekend and holiday availability required as we operate 24/7.

Compensation:

Base rate: $15/hour plus $6 shift differential during overnight shift hours (10pm - 8am).
