Areas of Responsibilities and Duties: Transportation and Delivery
  • Safely operate a company-owned non-CDL truck in compliance with all federal, state, and local traffic laws.
  • Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and materials from vendors, suppliers, customer locations, and company facilities.
  • Load, secure, transport, and unload parts and materials safely to prevent damage.
  • Inspect shipments to verify accuracy and completeness before transport.
  • Obtain signatures, receipts, or required documentation for deliveries and pickups.
  • Maintain communication with Parts Department personnel regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
Parts and Inventory Support
  • Assist Parts Department personnel with receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing inventory as needed.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and descriptions against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documents.
  • Deliver parts and supplies to technicians and shop personnel as directed.
  • Return cores, warranty items, and incorrect parts to vendors when necessary.

Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance

  • Experience operating a non-CDL truck preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of truck, trailer, or heavy-duty parts preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Able to pass background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:
  • Able to pass drug test.
  • Able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.
  • Able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Able to enter and exit a box truck multiple times daily.
  • Able to work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and humidity.
