We are seeking a highly motivated Night Warehouse Manager!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overnight / night operations of the warehouse, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.
  • Lead and develop an overnight / night warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight / night operations.
  • Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Responsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures. Creates a cohesive organization by keeping lines of communication open and directs workforce to insure efficient workflow.
  • Ensure items pick accurately and safely to prevent damage.
  • Perform tasks in multi-temperature environments
  • Maintaining a food-safe environment.
  • Report any damaged equipment to General Manager and/or Safety Manager
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements 

  • 1- a year of previous warehousing managing Experience. 
  • Power Pallet Jacks: (Required)
  • 1- year Fresh Produce experience preferred
  • Overnight Shift (Required)
  • Must be able to work effectively with other employees, and other departments within the company.
  • Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds. 
  • Must be able to work in 35 to 70-degree temperatures.
  • Prior experience working in the food industry.
