Neuroscience Research is hiring Patient Care Associates!

Competitive salary based on experience

The Patient Care Associate (PCA) is responsible for the complete care and well-being of the patients while they are living at the treatment center residence.

What you will do:

  • Provide one-on-one patient care.
  • Orientate new patients to the facility and the residential facility.
  • Provides a safe and secure environment for patients.
  • Provide care to patients in a manner that promotes safety, comfort, and the therapeutic environment.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living; attend to patient behavioral problems, and provide assistance in crisis intervention, as needed.

What the ideal candidate has:

  • Graduation from High School or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or similar function preferred.
  • Knowledge of substance use disorder and mental health illnesses preferred.
