Their current nanny has been with them since their oldest child was born six years ago and is deeply valued, so finding someone they can trust and build the same type of lasting relationship with is especially important.
The family has three children, with the two older children attending school outside the neighborhood and the youngest attending a nearby school. The schedule will have a natural split between morning household support, childcare, school pickups, and afternoon activities.
