  • Maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and well-organized work area throughout the shift.

Laundry

  • Wash, dry, fold, and restock all spa linen, towels, and robes; keep par levels stocked in all treatment rooms, change rooms, and laundry storage.
  • Monitor linen inventory and flag shortages or quality issues (staining, wear) to management.

Guest Interaction (Occasional)

  • Greet and assist guests briefly and courteously when encountered in the change facilities (e.g., directing to lockers, robes, amenities).
  • Respond to basic guest questions or escalate to the front desk/management as needed.

Treatment Room Support (Occasional)

  • Assist therapists with treatment room resets between services as needed, including linen changes, restocking supplies, and sanitizing surfaces.

  • Assist in other areas of spa operations as directed by supervisor/management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior housekeeping, laundry, hospitality, or facilities experience preferred; spa or salon experience a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently on a night shift with minimal direct supervision.

  • Basic verbal communication skills sufficient for brief, courteous guest interactions.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and carry laundry loads (up to approximately 25 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, and reach to clean facilities and stock supplies.
