CUSTOMER SUPPORT Full-Time / SHIFT VARIES Note: Candidates must be willing to commute and work "in-person" to the Dayton, Ohio area Essential Duties & Functions Receives assignments and works under supervision of his/her immediate manager or senior-level team member 1. Demonstrates progressive growth in capabilities, productivity, and delivery as capability and capacity develops

2. Provides technical support to System Designers, System Builders, Customer Support Desk, and Field Support staff. 3.

User provisioning. 4. Certificate tracking.

5. Finger printing. 6.

Workstation and printer file creation for import. 7. Directory, distribution list maintenance.

8. Meeting equipment room set up. 9.

Configuring devices such as iPhones, Vocera devices. 10. Building/configuring PC/Laptops.

11. Building configuring Servers. Education Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED Associate Degree in IT or related field with 6+ years job experience & 3 years Security experience required or Bachelor Degree in IT or related field with 4+ years job experience & 2 years Security experience required.
