As an essential member of our crew, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious Dunkin' products, ensuring quality and freshness. The Overnight Baker plays a key role in delivering a positive customer experience by providing freshly baked goods for our customers each morning.

Baking Operations:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of Dunkin' products, including donuts, muffins, and bagels, according to standard recipes and specifications.
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate with the team to prioritize baking schedules based on product demand.

Quality Control:

  • Conduct quality checks on baked goods to ensure they meet Dunkin' standards.
  • Remove any products that do not meet quality criteria and report issues to management.

Inventory Management:
