Rapid Medical, a trusted leader in healthcare logistics, is seeking dependable independent contractors to provide essential courier services.
This opportunity involves the pickup and delivery of medical specimens and supplies along designated routes, averaging 9 hours per day and approximately 550 miles. Competitive flat-rate pay and flexible engagement terms make this an ideal opportunity for individuals with experience on gig economy platforms such as Lyft, Uber, and DoorDash.
Bonus Opportunity: Contractors who can verify a gig-platform driver rating of 4.8 or higher (e.g., Uber, Lyft, DoorDash) may qualify for a one-time $600 engagement incentive, payable after 30 consecutive days of contracted services and subject to verification in accordance with current policy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick up and deliver medical specimens, supplies, and/or reports along designated routes
  • Ensure integrity of specimens during transport
  • Use our smartphone app to manage and log pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain timely communication with dispatch team regarding route status
  • Check clinic lockboxes and document all pickups
  • Provide professional, courteous service to healthcare facilities

Minimum Requirements:
  • Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle suitable for long-distance delivery (recommended: 2015 or newer)
