Job description

JOB TITLE: Overnight Porter (Non-CDL) - Full-Time

LOCATION: St. Peters, MO

HOURS: 3rd Shift, 8 PM - 6 AM, Monday through Friday, some weekends required, schedule subject to change based on business needs

COMPENSATION: $22.00 / Hour

SIGN ON BONUS: $2,000.00 (Conditions apply)

TRAVEL: Minimal (1-10%)

Job Summary:  

To support general labor services (litter, cleaning). 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route. 
  • Pick up trash alongside highway(s).
  • Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted 
  • Perform labor duties as required and assigned by team lead.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of trucks and support equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shop and yard.
  • Power Washing assigned equipment and/or sites, as needed.
  • Perform basic mechanic tasks, such as greasing trucks etc.

Job Requirements:  

  • Valid Driver’s License, Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work. 
  • Experience working outdoors  
  • Ability to follow directions and read maps 
  • Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving record 
  • Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests 
  • Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely 
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally 
  • Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.  
  • Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required
