Thrive USA Home Care seeks Home Health Aides/ Certified Nursing Assistants dedicated to assisting clients with daily activities in our service areas. Work as little or as much as you want with flexibility!

Position responsibilities:

  • Be available to cover weekly shifts
  • MUST be willing to drive throughout our service area to cover shifts. Additional locations may be added as we continue to expand
  • Deliver services as outlined in a person-centered service plan, including but not limited to ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal prep.

Specific Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 18 years or older
  • Pass a background check
  • High school degree/GED
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Current CPR and First Aid required
  • TB /PPD test required
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insurance
  • Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time
  • Ability to travel within our service areas
  • Ability to give and receive information orally, electronically and over the phone
  • Must be able to adequately document care plans in our patient care portal
