JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Law Enforcement Response Analyst Location: Remote (U.S.) Duration: Initial 4-month assignment from the start date, with the possibility of an extension based on business needs and the worker's performance. Travel: No travel required. Equipment: MacBook. Duties: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams on process improvements Ability to remain highly organized when faced with contending priorities Ability to communicate effectively with outside entities Ability to accurately analyze lengthy legal documents Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player A track record of consistently going above and beyond what is expected Skills: Accurately review, index, and process various types of legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement, and civil subpoenas Ensure that all valid requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, our terms of service, and guidelines for protecting our sellers’ privacy Engage with law enforcement and coordinate response efforts both in writing and over the phone Innovate, document and implement policies and procedures that scale with the business Be a key support to your attorney and investigator teammates Work cross-functionally with various teams across ***, including Compliance, Legal, Trust and Safety and Infosec Maintain quality standards while handling large volumes of time-sensitive requests 1 - 3 years of Law Enforcement Response Analyst experience Education BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
