• Support high-risk, high-visibility projects and provide technical leadership during critical field operations.
• Establish and enforce commissioning and testing standards aligned with InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA) and manufacturer requirements.
• Review and approve test procedures, commissioning plans, and field service reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Drive quality control efforts to reduce rework, callbacks, and field errors.
• Train and mentor Field Service Technicians and Senior Field Service Technicians through hands-on coaching and technical development.
• Assess technician performance and readiness for advancement.
• Support recruiting and hiring decisions for technical field service roles.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for troubleshooting and escalated issues.
• Partner with customers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, including NFPA 70E, OSHA regulations, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

• Strong hands-on experience with medium voltage and low voltage power distribution equipment.
• Proven ability to lead commissioning projects and troubleshoot complex electrical systems independently.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound technical decisions in field environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NETA Certification (Level III or IV preferred).
• OEM training (ABB, Siemens, Eaton, Schneider).
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Experience mentoring or leading field service technicians.
