Job description
Position Summary We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a highly automated plastics manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the plant, including injection molding machines, blow molding equipment, conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and PLC-controlled machinery. Overnight Shift (1 Opening) 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Rotating Schedule: 3 Days On 2 Days Off 2 Days On 3 Days Off 36 hours one week / 48 hours the next Alternating weekends required Overtime as needed Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour for regular hours Additional $0.64/hour for overtime hours Day Shift (2 Openings) 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Schedule flexibility may be required based on production needs
